I was recently invited to attend a styled wedding shoot in Oxfordshire and oh boy it was a glorious day!
The creative geniuses behind *Bridal Beauty Amidst The Bluebells* – Rachel from *Butterfly Bridal Boutique* and Hayley of *Hayley Ruth Photography* have teamed up once again, along with some fantastic wedding suppliers. We are so glad that they did, as the photos are most definitely swoon-worthy and utterly enchanting!

*Manor Farm Barn* is located in the charming village of Marsh Gibbon in Oxfordshire. This gorgeous setting would be perfect for a rustic wedding and your wedding photos are guaranteed to be spectacular with the beautiful wooden beams and striking chandeliers. The 16th century barn is a family-run venture, led by the lovely Vikki who actually grew up on the farm and was married there herself. With the delightful St. Mary’s Church just a few steps away, Manor Farm Barn really has everything to offer for a wonderful day.
The flexibility that *Manor Farm Barn* offers really is unique – a charming barn that welcomes the personalised wedding touch of any happy couple with its bespoke service. As a wedding planner, I really love working with venues that allow the couple to make the venue theirs and Manor Farm Barn is such a wedding dream in this respect. A venue that you can really make yours and will truly reflect your personal style as a couple.
Photographs outside the stunning farmhouse, reception drinks in the beautiful walled garden, dinner and dancing in the barn will make for a rather splendid wedding day! The gorgeous garden would be perfect for lawn games, picnic rugs and photographs. With the assistance and passion of Vikki who knows everything there is to know about the venue and her experience in events, planning a wedding at *Manor Farm Barn* will be such a lovely experience.
The barn was set up as a vintage tea party complete with pretty bunting, which was just delightful! Lovely wooden chairs from *Oxford Marquees* and the beautiful vintage chine hired from Lucy Walters complemented *Manor Farm Barn’s* wooden tables beautifully.
The stunning images have been captured by *Hayley Ruth Photography* – watching her work was just magical. I was fascinated by how easy she made it look, how comfortable she made everyone feel and how spectacular the results were! I was struck by Hayley’s great sense of humour and natural charm, which is just so lovely to be around. Any bride and groom would be incredibly lucky to have Hayley as their wedding photographer and it is certain that she will create simply stunning photographs that you will be proud to show off and will want to cherish. Her natural instinct for a great shot really stands out and her attention to detail is just sublime – the way she positioned each item or moved to capture the images was impressive to say the least. Hayley is such a talented photographer, as is shown by her vast portfolio.
The gorgeous dresses were provided by *Butterfly Bridal Boutique* to showcase the new *Charlotte Balbier* Willa Rose collection. Having visited Rachel in her gorgeous Bicester bridal boutique many times, her warm and friendly nature is just what is needed to put brides-to-be at ease when choosing the dream dress. Her knowledge of wedding dresses is endless and her intuition as to which styles will suit each bride is extraordinary. Rachel stocks dresses from an array of impressive designers including Alan Hannah, Benjamin Roberts, Enzoani and St Patrick, and bridesmaid dresses from the fabulous Dessy collection. Visiting *Butterfly Bridal Boutique* is such a lovely experience and is a must for any bride-to-be searching for a beautiful wedding dress.
The *Charlotte Balbier* Willa Rose gown (featured above) is full of boho chic complete with flowing chiffon skirt and a floral embroidered bodice. Teamed with the beautiful pastel blooms from Scent With Love and the pretty Isla halo from *Nieve Couture* at *Butterfly Bridal Boutique*, this really does create a picture perfect bride!
The beautiful Lydia gown (pictured above) is dreamy with its pretty cap sleeve and organza lace A-line skirt. Teamed with the stunning *Scent With Love* bouquet comprised of striking roses, anemones and amaranthus, this creates such a romantic look. This dress is just magical and can be transformed into a chic evening reception dress (pictured below) by removing the skirt. Accessorised with the vibrant bouquet of ranunculus from *Scent With Love*, this creates something more fun and perfect for dancing! One incredible dress, two amazing looks – what more could a bride want?!
The gorgeous *Scarlett Vincent* is a freelance model who was the star of the shoot and can be booked for other bridal or wedding shoots. She is such a natural beauty and brought the splendour of each dress to life.
She was suitably aided by the fabulous expertise of *Debbie Mac*, a true professional. She created flawless bridal looks and sensational hairstyles for the day, as she does for all of her brides. Watching her work was like watching an artist create a masterpiece, it was truly mesmerising to watch. Her work is nothing other than perfection and her diverse and extensive portfolio is testimony to this. Debbie really works with the natural beauty of each bride and creates a look perfect for the individual. If you are a bride-to-be searching for a bridal hair and make-up artist, then Debbie would do such a splendid job at making you feel and look beautiful on your special day.
I was in utter awe of the gorgeous flowers that *Scent with Love* created for the day. The floral goddess behind these fabulous creations is the super lovely Bev who is such a pleasure to work with on wedding flowers. The diverse range of flowers that she uses and how she creatively arranges them to make them look so beautiful means she can create flowers perfect for any bride and any style of wedding. The way that she accessorised the vintage bicycle with flowers was incredible and would make a great wedding photo. I also adored the rustic centrepieces that she created for the barn, these delightful flowers looked as if they had been picked from a beautiful flower meadow.
The superb wedding stationery for the shoot was created by *Orchards Cards*. This gorgeous rustic collection, which is dreamy is just a small sample of what Rosie can create. Unique, bespoke and handmade stationery is her speciality and what better way to make a first impression to your guests than through a lovely Save the Date or with a beautiful invitation. Rosie can create everything for you, including order of services, table names, place cards, menus and seating plans. I really love the use of hessian with the flowers for the shoot, it really gives such a country chic feel to the stationery and it all works so well together. With over ten years experience of creating lovely wedding stationery and a recommended supplier for many wedding venues, it is clear that you will have marvellous wedding stationery created for you when choosing *Orchards Cards*.
This sensational wedding cake was designed and made by the fabulous Helen at *Batch 17 Bakes*. Those white and gold hues adorned with the pretty flowers are just so dreamy! The exquisite cakes that Helen creates are pieces of art in themselves and would make a great feature at a wedding. The portfolio of gorgeous cakes that Batch 17 Bakes have created is just so impressive that the only problem you might have is falling in love with all of them! Their personalised, bespoke service means that no wedding cake is ever the same and Helen can create the wedding cake that you imagine and then you have the pleasure of seeing that vision come to life.
The vintage 1936 Rolls Royce was provided by *Allerston Taylor & Regency Carriages* who offer an impressive selection of fifteen classic and vintage vehicles for your wedding transport. Their remarkable fleet of cars means that the whole bridal party can be catered for and you have excellent choice for your special day. Professionalism is at the centre of this family-run business, their fantastic service, proficient chauffeurs and one wedding per day policy means that they offer a friendly and personal service tailored to you as a couple.
