Our range of fruit artistry is done by Scotlands leading expert, Chef Ru. Acclaimed to have worked with 2 star michelinstar Michel Roux and Gordon Ramsey. Also commissioned to supply fruit carvings for the VIP tent at Wimbeldon 2014.

Depending on the size of wedding, we would require at least 2 weeks notice.

All displays are set up on the day at the venue so timing is very important.

Do not have any chocolate bouquets displayed in a warm room or near sunlight/ window.
