Today’s afternoon tea inspiration features *The Pump Room* in Bath.
I was fortunate to go a hen party afternoon tea here in the autumn and thoroughly enjoyed it.
The *Traditional Pump Room Tea* is served daily between 2.30pm and 5pm.
The traditional afternoon tea menu includes a delicious selection of sandwiches, goats cheese and red onion marmalade crostini, freshly made scones accompanied with Devonshire clotted cream and strawberry cream and a selection of cakes and pastries. There are also a fabulous selection of loose leaf teas on offer.
The elegant ambiance of the room is enhanced by the musical delights of the pianist.
The Pump Room Restaurant also contains the Spa Water Fountain, where the mineral-rich hot spa water can be tasted for its curative purposes.
Well worth a visit if you are in Bath! For more information, please see *The Pump Room*
